Today was rather beautiful. It was really sunny outside and it just really made me want to go out and enjoy it. I decided to start off the year by taking care of myself a little more and hence, I took advantage of the beautiful weather and went out for a jog. Yesterday I had a sore throat throughout the day and I really don’t want this sickness to progress. Going jogging helped me not only clear my mind and lose the sore throat temporarily, but it also allowed me to think positive. Exercising just always really made me feel better every time I was stressing about something. I’m going to try really hard this upcoming quarter to implement jogging every so often throughout the week. I think my body will really appreciate it. I’m starting to feel so much more confident now :)
